Helsinki Group Oy, business ID 3120431-3, Sofiankatu 4C, 00170 Helsinki (hereinafter referred to as “Sofia”) sells products to companies and adult private individuals in Finland. These delivery terms apply to orders placed in our online store and corresponding deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from December 4, 2020. We may unilaterally change these terms from time to time, so please review our terms each time before placing an order in our online store.
Products and Prices
The characteristics and prices of the products are presented alongside the product descriptions in the online store. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check these in your shopping cart before confirming your order. The prices of the products include applicable taxes.
Delivery Costs
Any delivery costs for your order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method. These costs are automatically added to the total order amount. You will see the applicable delivery costs in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
Ordering and Agreement
You can place an order via our online store by adding products to your shopping cart, confirming your order, and paying through the provided payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to review and agree to the current delivery terms. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that your order is binding, creating an agreement under these terms, except as mentioned later regarding the right of cancellation.
When placing an order, consumer customers must provide their name, email address, and delivery address if delivery is requested. Corporate customers must provide the company name, business ID, the purchaser’s name, email address, and delivery address if delivery is requested. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the personal and other details they provide in the order form are correct and complete.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods available and described in our online store’s checkout.
Payment Service Provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc [link to www.paytrail.com] (business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier directly.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The confirmation will also specify the chosen payment method.
If, for some unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Delivery Method
Your order will be delivered using one of the delivery methods available on our website, chosen during checkout.
Delivery Time
Our typical delivery times for physical products in Finland are up to seven days, depending on the order and delivery method. The delivery time for food products must be agreed upon separately with Sofia. Sofia will contact the buyer within two working days of the purchase. Gift cards and services are valid starting from the following business day after the order. If any item in the order is out of stock, we will contact the customer directly.
Right of Cancellation and Return Conditions
Consumer Customers: If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under Finnish consumer protection law by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product, the last product batch, or, in the case of regular deliveries, the first batch.

The right of cancellation only applies if the returned products are in their original packaging, unused, and well-packed for return shipment. If the sale is canceled, the product must be returned promptly and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is made. The customer must provide proof of the return if requested (e.g., return receipt). The customer must bear the cost of returning the product. These costs are non-refundable.
When returning an order, please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for the refund.
We will refund the payment without delay in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

Validity of Products/Services
Products or services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Checking Deliveries, Errors, and Problem Situations
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If a product has been lost or damaged during transit, does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, please notify our customer service as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days, so we can arrange to correct the issue. For consumer purchases, we comply with mandatory consumer protection law defect liability rules.

Limitation of Liability
Sofia is not liable for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to the order, delivery, or product except as required by mandatory consumer protection laws or other binding legal provisions.
Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve disputes regarding your order primarily through negotiation, so please contact our customer service first to settle the matter.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must first contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
